My heating broke and after attempting to do what my limited knowledge allowed, I text Aran and he was more than willing to help me and direct me to get the problem sorted and I did and at no cost. He was extremely helpful.
However my heating went off again, now no heating or hot water, I wasn't able to get it going again so I messaged Aran and he managed to squeeze me into his very busy schedule just 9 days before Christmas and sorted the problem in one visit with options for repair or replace with costs before proceeding with any work. Giving me the option to suit me best. I fortunately was able to replace the part. Aran is extremely professional and his workmanship was very tidy, efficient and he is very trust worthy. He checked everything before leaving. I'm now sitting in a nice warm cosy house. Cannot thank or recommend him enough.
